| Full payment
is due NO LATER than the first day of the month. Please
be sure to put any payment due into the envelope the driver
will give you with your name on it so your payment can
be properly allocated.
Returned checks will be assessed a fee of at least
$55 regardless of reason for return, and will require
all future payments to be paid via cash or money order.
Receipts (if needed) must be requested monthly and
will be issued once ALL payments have been applied.
